Welcome to Grow Insight. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Grow Insight platform (“the Service”) operated by GROW INSIGHT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
For the purposes of this document, “GrowInsight” may also be referred to as “Grow Insight” and both terms are interchangeable.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Platform Usage
- Eligibility: The platform is intended for use by clinic owners, directors, practice managers, admin staff, and their team members (including practitioners and clinicians). Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Account Registration: An account is required to use the platform.
- Team Access: Users may invite team members and assign them roles with different levels of access, such as full access, administrative access, or practitioner access.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription Model: Grow Insight operates on a monthly subscription basis. Annual options may be introduced.
- Free Trial: A 30-day free trial is available.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
- Refunds: No formal refund policy is in place; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
4. Data Handling and Privacy
- Data Ownership: Users retain full ownership of data uploaded or synced with the platform.
- Data Sharing: Some superficial data (such as page views and interactions) may be shared with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, Clarity or similar services. No data is shared for marketing purposes.
- Data Export: Export functionality is not currently available but is planned.
- Data Security: Data is securely stored on AWS servers in the Sydney region and encrypted at rest and in transit.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All platform design, branding, and features are owned by GROW INSIGHT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD.
Restrictions: Users may not reuse, replicate, or resell any content or functionality of the platform without explicit written permission. - Third-Party Code: The platform may include open-source or third-party components. A list of such components can be provided upon request.
6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
- Prohibited Activities: Users may not scrape, reverse engineer, automate integration through unauthorised tools or scripts, share login credentials, or use the platform for phishing, spamming, or harassment.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or any illegal activity.
7. Availability and Support
- Uptime: While we aim for 99.9% availability, there is no guaranteed SLA as the platform is in Beta.

8. Liability and Disclaimers
- No Guarantees: Insights provided by the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered business or clinical advice.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any business losses, data inaccuracies, or decisions made based on the platform’s outputs. Software bugs may occur.
9. Changes and Updates
- Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a “last updated” date at the top of this page.
User Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal avenues in New South Wales, Australia.
